Sometimes you'll edit a member and see a padlock next to their email address, like this:

It means this member has created their own account to see their own dashboard of invoices and payments. You'll need to contact them if the email address is now wrong, as we only let them update it. This is because they could be in other clubs as well, so updating the email address yourself could create confusion for another management team member elsewhere.

For any members who have not "claimed" their email address with a Payzip account, you can edit their email address directly.
