Understanding the Ping index

The quickest way to find an Ping is by clicking Pings in the sidebar.

Here you will see a list of every Ping you’ve created. By default we show you all Pings however, you can also filter on Active or Ended.

Active Pings are highlighted with an Active label and a green flash on the row.

The information in the table is as follows:

  • Ping name - The name given to the Ping when it was created;
  • Start - The date the Ping became active;
  • End - The date the Ping ended;
  • Quantity - The total number of responses to the Ping. If there is a limit, we also show you this number;
  • Total paid - The total amount paid so far on the Ping. If the Ping is free, we show FREE instead of an amount.

Pings are ordered by End date with the ones finishing soonest at the top.

We also put Active Pings front and centre on the dashboard.

These are ordered by End date with the ones finishing soonest at the top.

If you have a lot of Pings, you can use Search to find the exact one you are looking for.

When you have found it, click the row to bring up the Ping page.

Understanding the Ping page

When you first land on the Ping page, you’ll notice a section underneath the header with figures in each box. These figures help you understand more about the Ping and can be explained as follows:

  • Quantity - The total number of responses to the Ping. If there is a limit, we also show you this number;
  • Members - The total number of members who have responded to the Ping. This can be different to the quantity;
  • Total paid - The total amount that has been paid so far;
  • Time left - The time left until the Ping expires. If no end date has been set, this will show n/a. If the Ping has ended the date it ended will be shown.

Understanding the Members table

The members table shows you which members have responded to this Ping, the date they responded, the quantity they bought and the amount they paid.

You can search the entire table on Member name and Email.

If you want to export this table as a CSV, click Export to CSV in the table footer.

Viewing a member Ping

Clicking on a member will show you the details of their response. It shows you the quantity purchased by each member and the amount each member paid.

Below the details, you can add member comments if they forget to add them themselves, by clicking Add member comments.

Any comments added here will be included in the CSV export file.

On the right hand side you will see the Activity & notes sections showing the total amount paid and confirmation that the receipt has been sent to the member.

You can also add notes here, which are private to the admin team and cannot be seen by the member.
