Changing your email address

If your email changes, you can update it from the account page. This is the email address we send notifications, including invoices and receipts, so it is important that you keep it up to date.

Changing your email address here will also update it for all the clubs you're in.

To get started, click on your initials in the top right corner and then Account.

On the account page, underneath Email click Change.

When the box appears, enter your new email twice and click Verify my new email.

We’ll send a verification link to your new email address. You will need to click the link to set your new email address.

We'll continue to use your old email address until you click the verification link.

Click Okay to close the box.

When the emails arrives, click Update email address to confirm your new address.

Now that you have verified your new email address, you can Continue to Payzip.

To confirm your new address is active, click on your initials in the top right to see the change.
