If you see an error banner in Payzip, it means your browser had trouble contacting Payzip's servers. This could be because your wifi connection had an issue, or it could be something our end.
Usually these are very temporary situations, so the first thing to try is simply trying the operation again - click `Try again` on the banner.
If the issue persists, it could be that the information about your club that we store temporarily in your browser is out-of-date, so logging in again will refresh that information and could resolve the issue. Click `Sign out` and then sign back into Payzip.
If that still doesn't resolve the issue, click the `Ask a question` button above, and let us know what you are trying to do, and what you are (or aren't) seeing. You can attach a screenshot using that form too, if it's relevant. We'll assist you as quickly as we can.
