We work hard to ensure that the emails Payzip sends get safely delivered to your inbox. Sometimes, though, an email provider will mistakenly treat our invoices and receipts as spam.
If you can't find an invoice or receipt:
- check your email account's
junkfolder - if it's in there, see if there's a way to mark it as
not spam, to help deliver other Payzip emails in the future
- check with your club organiser that they have the correct email address for you (if you received the invoice but not the receipt, they have the right email address, as it uses the same for both)
- if you need further help, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll investigate for you
On some email systems, adding
email@example.com your address book or contacts will help your email provider understand that you want this email delivered to your inbox.
